1:1 private coaching with Caitlin for mindset, purpose, clarity, abundance, and accountability, as well as: • Uncovering energetic and mental blocks • Breaking through limiting beliefs • Becoming clear on goals and desires • Having clear action steps to make sh*t happen Incorporating Caitlin's skillset of personal development, psychology, EFT (emotional freedom technique), reiki healing, human design and astrology, as well as her own life experiences to truly dive in deep, you will be guided toward your true potential in this lifetime with deep support. Whether you're already familiar with what your internal blocks are that are keeping you stuck, stagnant and small, or you're feeling completely lost and without direction, we will uncover your most true, whole and authentic self and have you start stepping up to embody WHO SHE REALLY IS. Your potential is unlimited, and I am here to assist you in your rising consciousness and innate ability to receive alignment and strong sense of fulfilment and satisfaction. "The experience was great, Caitlin’s passion for HD/astrology shines through the service received. It was definitely informative and put me on a closer path to using the information for personal growth and delving into something I didn’t really know about but wanted too! I loved the follow up email - cap of the session along with main points you wanted to go through was detailed. The layout and how the email presents also gets the insides tingling because it’s just set out aesthetically pleasing 🤣🤣 not just aesthetically pleasing it’s set out professionally.
I’m so glad Caitlin could share her notes after our session ended because I was blown away and wouldn’t have been able to take notes! How did you feel at the very start of your coaching experience? What was your intention for working together?
At the beginning of my coaching experience I was feeling completely lost and unaligned with myself. My confidence was gone, I was stuck in a rut wondering what was next for me, I had ideas but I didn't know how to bring them to fruition, I was repeating patterns that no longer served me and I had a longing for something much greater than my current lifestyle. I knew I needed someone to guide me, inspire me and help me find my spark again.
How did you feel by the end of the 6 week sessions compared to when you started? What did you achieve?
I feel alive. I feel aligned. I feel confident in the direction that I am taking. I have a deeper understanding of myself after learning about my Human Design and how I am uniquely me. I have achieved so much within myself and it is the first time in many years that I feel proud of my growth. At the beginning I was dimming my own light but now I'm stepping into my power and I can feel my light starting to shine again!

My coaching experience with Caitlin was exceeded far beyond my expectations. I came into this with hopes to feel a sense of direction and to find myself again after years of feeling like 'just a mum'. I can wholeheartedly say that after my very 1st coaching call with Caitlin, I felt a breath of fresh air. I came out of that call on such a high and I am still on it, 6 weeks later! A space had been held for me to be completely myself, with nothing but good intentions, guidance and knowledge shared to me. I held a lot of limiting beliefs about myself before entering this container and now I have left feeling a confidence within that I didn't even know I was capable of. My direction is clear, I have goals, I have ambition, I have a deeper understanding of myself and I am ready to reclaim my power.
